" My husband and I were in the market hoping to get a good place to purchase. But, we had a standing block. We needed to sell our condo to raise the downpayment for our new home, which we had no clues on what locations would be best suitable for our needs.
We searched online for a realtor, we found Rick Guyadeen and invited him to our home. He treated us like family, advised us on how to enhance our condo, and came to set the ball rolling. We got multiple offers in the first week.
While in search of a mortgage, he helped us in initiating a good contact and the mortgage search was not stressful. We got an awesome rate.
